which leads me to my next question about running/losing muscle. Would running be the most effective way to lose muscle all over, or just the legs? And, if it's just the legs, what can you do for the rest of your body to try and lose muscle?
if you lost more muscle in your legs they would look to skinny. you could tone them up a little more, your body holds a little water in your leg area like most women but thats nothing.
