    I'd stick with the running. They really don't look large, they look long & slender to me.

      which leads me to my next question about running/losing muscle. Would running be the most effective way to lose muscle all over, or just the legs? And, if it's just the legs, what can you do for the rest of your body to try and lose muscle?

        typical woman, worrying about nothing, legs look fine, not too big not too skinny, stick to what your doing

          if you lost more muscle in your legs they would look to skinny. you could tone them up a little more, your body holds a little water in your leg area like most women but thats nothing.

            Here is the fixed photo.
            And I agree with the others your legs are not that big, just watch your food and keep the cardio going you'll be fine.

              Thanks, I'll just stick with what I'm doing then, quadzilla's not that bad....could be a lot worse
