I've finally registered to the site so I can post....been looking on here for a couple of years now on and off. I've learned a bunch, thanks!! I am wondering if there is a way to decrease the size of my legs. I haven't lifted legs in years. I run about 5 days a week and do other cardio. I did a lot of lifting legs in the past and my legs got big. Now I'm wondering if there is anyway to get rid of some of that muscle. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty happy with the amount of muscle on my upper body, just want to make sure I'm eating and working out to maintain rather than build any more. I eat more protein than anything else, very little sugar and workout 5 days a week. Cardio every day, a lot of reps with low weights.

like red said, keep running. dont do things like heavy squats that will build your legs up etc..Originally posted by Angus View PostI'm pretty happy with the amount of muscle on my upper body, just want to make sure I'm eating and working out to maintain rather than build any more. you may have to get over the fact that you naturally have thick legs and your body will do everything it can to keep them.

They are pretty cut. In fact I get a lot of compliments on them. I was just wanting to know if there is anyway they could look good and be just a little smaller. I'm known as Quadzilla. :) Is there any safe way to lose muscle? What ratio of protein/carbs and fat is suitable to stay trim without feeding muscle growth? I can keep my fat down by eating mostly protein but I don't want to be bulking unintentionally.
