    Right so the bench was always my favourite day and since I started increasing weight for arms and general all over when I go to the bench day my right shoulder wont take the weight

    cant barely do 60kg proper

    have tried leaving the gym 3 days and still this morning my top of the right arm just wont let me lift ..

    whta the fuck???????:noo::noo:

    gotta listen to your body.

    take a week off. and when you go back, dont run back to the bench. rehab it a bit with some cable or machine presses. dont go super heavy, train more for a pump for a few weeks. take some anti inflammatory (ibuprofin).

                I used to have the same problem all the time - I don't even touch flat bbell anymore - incline and i use dbs for flat - shoulder is doing okay now, it was my left one and boy did it hurt. I also warm up my rotator cuffs now so I don't risk it as much.
