Does it depend on your mood? What if you drink a Speedstack or RedBull before? If you're not sore, do you still think you had a good workout?
Do you guys call a good work out one in which you got a great pump, but may have been a little weaker, or a workout that you banged the weights so hard you know you'll be sore by the time your head hits the pillow?
