Ok I just got back into training again last week was my first week of training.
I'm currently planning to use this split
Mon-triceps/biceps
Tues- legs
Wed.- off
Thurs-chest\shoulders
Fri-back
would this split work? I'm just hoping not to be overtraining anything. I know triceps get hit in chest workouts , biceps get hit in back workouts and shoulders get hit by bicep and chest workouts right? Another concern is when I worked out my biceps last week I couldn't do more than 8 sets total before my biceps gave out.I only did dumbbell curls and concentration curls.I got a good pump and my biceps were sore for 4 days though. Don't I need at least 12 sets? I'm not using excessive weight either.What could be the issue
