        Well actually I just took it once, because the day after I wasn't feeling it that much anymore (but I do feel it when training). The doc is my dad btw so I can get medical advise on a regular basis.

          you need to take it more then once. the anti inflammation effect from a single pill is only 4-6 hours. take 2-3 a day for a week. should have done that while you took off from the gym.
