So my elbow has been tender the past week, especially when I do back, less so with chest. It bothered me running this morning so I decided a week off was in order. I haven't missed a training day since October so it is much warranted. But I still hate not hitting the weights for a week. I am not running either to give all my joints a break, but will continue biking.
