  • Night cardio begins!

Instead of cutting out some of the cals - trainer and I are going for some outdoor night cardio thru the summer - this will be am / pm now with lifting days 4x week - I'm thinking about keeping a log help keep accountable for my goals. Love being outside for cardio, makes it fun actually - esp since we hit down to a beach walk :hibb::hibb:

65 out tonight - it is humid but it's cool enough no biggy. It's always better than indoors to me bro. Been hitting beaches for morning cardio, barefoot + sand = much better core endurance, been noticing it when I'm hitting the bag. :weights:

Running in sand is great for building up those calves. Wish I lived near the ocean - I grew up a couple of miles from the beach and I miss it every day.

it really is a blast bro - I just got back, had a great time, did an hour and didn't even notice it one bit - when you are with good people (my trainer lives 2 minutes from me and he genuinely takes an interest in my well being , chill w/him outside the gym aswell) everything is just enjoyable - plus ... beaches equate to women :hibb:

Cardio? What's cardio?? I hate it. Only way I can get cardio in is by playing a sport. My soccer season is starting next week so I'll be playing twice a week. Looking forward to that.
