Instead of cutting out some of the cals - trainer and I are going for some outdoor night cardio thru the summer - this will be am / pm now with lifting days 4x week - I'm thinking about keeping a log help keep accountable for my goals. Love being outside for cardio, makes it fun actually - esp since we hit down to a beach walk :hibb::hibb:

65 out tonight - it is humid but it's cool enough no biggy. It's always better than indoors to me bro. it really is a blast bro - I just got back, had a great time, did an hour and didn't even notice it one bit - when you are with good people (my trainer lives 2 minutes from me and he genuinely takes an interest in my well being , chill w/him outside the gym aswell) everything is just enjoyable - plus ... beaches equate to women :hibb:Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostRunning in sand is great for building up those calves.
