Out of all the answers this seems most likely to me especially if you sometime get sweats along with the shakes. Low Pot. may cause cramping and palpitations but this is very rare most often cramping is caused by low Mag. not low Pot. You may want to get checked for hypoglycemia.

I am, its just something I add in my water for flavor. I also started taking amino acids while I workout. Just add it in my water and go. I don't pay for this crap, its all free.
