So I now have 100kg of rubber coated olympic plates and olympic barbell I can stow in the shed. I'm trying to build a lil stash of home workout gear that doesn't take up two much space and allows a home workout if need be. With the barbell alone and weights I could do a leg workout; front squat squat, lunges, straight back deads. Clean and press workout.
I suppose I need a bench but like I said I don't wanna take up too much space and it rains over here
