    Anybody care to post a good triceps workout I need to switch things up a bit, thanks

    I do arms together (Bi's and Tri's)

    Tri's:
    6 sets Skull crushers
    4 set Push downs
    4 set Rope extension

    Bi's:
    6 set standing hammer strength curls
    4 sets seated preacher curls
    4 sets standing hammer curls

    This workout lasts 45-50min and i am good to go

      Thats about what I been doing with tri's just switch the order around, I do press downs first. Tried inclose presses but all the pump goes to my chest.

        close grip bench press has to be done with shoulders tucked in your sides, its a very slow motion and you have use your triceps. I tried it, but found as i got to heavier weights my left shoulder would get aggravated

          I like these...

          close grip w/ ez curl bar (heavy)
          dip bench weighted
          reverse pushdowns
          overhead extensions
          2 sets of dips to failure

            3 sets french press then 3 sets pushdowns or dips

              I hear guys talking about doing dips for chest and I never felt it in my chest always my back arms. I was never very good at dips I tend to lean over to far I think, balance not right it feels
