triceps workout

I do arms together (Bi's and Tri's)
Tri's:
6 sets Skull crushers
4 set Push downs
4 set Rope extension
Bi's:
6 set standing hammer strength curls
4 sets seated preacher curls
4 sets standing hammer curls
This workout lasts 45-50min and i am good to go
