no it actually makes perfect sense. by keeping the resistance on the muscle longer, more of it needs to help to get the weight up as more of it fatigues. so if i can push 250lbs on bench the way i described, would i get better results (size is good, but mostly interested in strength) if i used less weight and did it as you described?

Hey, did you get the pic out of Monster Muscle? Scot Mendelson is nuts. The Sept. 2003 magazine says he went from 269 to 300 lbs in less than 12 months by consuming an extra 7500 calories ON TOP of what he was already eating. wtf
