    Although from another site I though this was so good at taking you through his whole ethos in needs to be seen.

    There's a lot that can be derived from it even if you don't want to train quite so intense and especially the tips segment I found incitement.

      Just saw the first episode. Loved it. good stuff. Going to do chest in about 45min. Will incorporate some of his techniques

        Just finished watching Episode 3: Dorian's Tips. Very good info. I found it interesting that Dorian says to visit a chiropractor monthly and get deep tissue massage. i agree with the massage, but not sure about visiting a chiropractor

          Its very hard to exact his technique, I tried it the other day on arms, 12 reps, 10 reps than blam all out 6 reps max on db curls and so on. My arms are aching though so...

            I definitely incorporated his technique this week. Explode up and come down slow. I remember when i first did this when i started, but my trainer had me going down slow every time. Became a waste after a while because I plateaued quickly.

            I really felt it when i was doing skull crushers, coming down slow fuckin pulls every tendon and muscle fiber. Thought my triceps were going to rip through my skin.

              Incorporated Dorian's technique for legs. The stretching he has the two guys doing works well. I felt my lower back crack a dozen times and felt a sudden rush of blood going in.
              I did the warm up on the leg extensions and held it, did two warm up sets of that, one warm up set of leg press, and than went in. After 3 working sets of leg press, the pump in my legs was un-describable. After that i did a warm up on hack squats, loved the stretch. Didn't know how weak my legs had gotten, because my working sets for hack squat was a double K.O.

              I finally ended my workout with seated leg curls. Fuckin awesome. Dorian's technique works, can't wait to feel it tomorrow :)

                Glad its working for ya, as I'm a little older now I'm focusing more on technique than ever.
