what are your guys take on circuit training. currently i'm doing a push pull split any doing cardio 4 times a week. i was curious why not throw in a day or 2 where i do a circuit and leave out the cardio.
what are the pros and cons of circuit training vs. regular splits?
EDIT* i'm not looking to get huge anymore. i'm just trying to slowly build muscle while shed the fat.
