So I have shitty eye infection and couldn't go to the gym and today had enough of sitting around.
I have Oly barbell and plates with holes for hand grip through them.
Did 3 sets barbell curl; 8, 6, 5
3 sets 21's
3 sets single arm standing tri extensions
3 sets rear dips resting on planks
feel so much better now
