bounce? how can you bounce it and where can you bounce it? The barbell sits right above my knees so bouncing is not an option. Up and down movement.Originally posted by radoBut you have no traps....You want big traps, use less weight...I have big traps and I don't even train them...When I do....that weight is excessive(I can't believe I'm saying this)...I use no more than 495lbs(5 plates)and do a good set of 4 for 10 reps....None of that bouncing shit either....You shrug and pinch then repeat...
You haven't seen a picture of me in a while, so how you can judge where i have traps or not?
20 reps? Why so high?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostGrab 2 75lb Dbs and hold them slight forward. Do 20 reps and hold them a second at the top. Your traps will grow faster.

yes you can by using momentum. I have been there, had to readjust and now its almost gone.Originally posted by radoThen post pics:) you can still bounce, come on...anyways, keep training.
agreed. That's why i don't load up the bar like this every week. Usually its 315lbs for 15+ reps.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postjust remember dna, that kind of weight is putting a ton of strain on tendons, ligaments, and vertebra. you are in effect hurting your body and to top it off, its not even the most effective way to grow your traps.

So true. Headphones kickass and half the time I see people trying to talk to me but I just act like the music is too loud and ignore them lol. Plus, listen to hatebreed's song called "everyone bleeds now" or "destroy everything" by them. Two badass songs that make u aggressive on the weights. Also, muscle failure is the key.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostKeep your headphones on, head down, and train hard. The second you make "friends" in the gym and it turns into a social place for you its all over.
