Grab 2 75lb Dbs and hold them slight forward. Do 20 reps and hold them a second at the top. Your traps will grow faster.

bounce? how can you bounce it and where can you bounce it? The barbell sits right above my knees so bouncing is not an option. Up and down movement.

You haven't seen a picture of me in a while, so how you can judge where i have traps or not?

      20 reps? Why so high?

i am not making anything up. Believe what you want. I have come a long way since 2006. I am now understanding my body and it reacts to exercises.

just remember dna, that kind of weight is putting a ton of strain on tendons, ligaments, and vertebra. you are in effect hurting your body and to top it off, its not even the most effective way to grow your traps.

yes you can by using momentum. I have been there, had to readjust and now its almost gone.

agreed. That's why i don't load up the bar like this every week. Usually its 315lbs for 15+ reps.

Time and consistency will pay the most dividends in the gym whether you are BB or PL show up and do the work you will get results.

So true. Headphones kickass and half the time I see people trying to talk to me but I just act like the music is too loud and ignore them lol. Plus, listen to hatebreed's song called "everyone bleeds now" or "destroy everything" by them. Two badass songs that make u aggressive on the weights. Also, muscle failure is the key.

                        Slow negatives

i dont listen to music in the gym. If you cant focus on your weights and lifting without music youre not taking it seriously enough.
