  • Triceps Question

    I have a quick triceps question..the medial head of the triceps to be exact (inside part,closest to the body). Most of the triceps exercises I do seem to target the long head,outer part and my inside triceps seems to lack the size/strength. What are some exercises that can target this so all parts of my tricep can be worked on my arms day?

    I had the same problem i just hit'em from every angle I could. 3 sets press downs, 3 sets behind the head with db's, 3 sets skull crushers, palms up, wide grip, close grip. Just keep trying different exercises to see what works is what I do with everything.
