I have a quick triceps question..the medial head of the triceps to be exact (inside part,closest to the body). Most of the triceps exercises I do seem to target the long head,outer part and my inside triceps seems to lack the size/strength. What are some exercises that can target this so all parts of my tricep can be worked on my arms day?
