Due to various meetings during the day today, I will only have 15 to 20 minute slots here and there between the time one meeting ends and the next begins.
Will need to lift in work clothes (T-shirt, jeans), but does anyone see a problem with doing chest during one such time slot and then shoulders in another and finally tris? I know they are all related and maybe best done together, but I hate having to skip a workout day.
