  • Doing a push workout in 15 minute chunks?

    Due to various meetings during the day today, I will only have 15 to 20 minute slots here and there between the time one meeting ends and the next begins.

    Will need to lift in work clothes (T-shirt, jeans), but does anyone see a problem with doing chest during one such time slot and then shoulders in another and finally tris? I know they are all related and maybe best done together, but I hate having to skip a workout day.

    I wouldn't want to make a habit of it but it shouldn't hurt anything every once in a while.

    Worst part would be timing PWO meals and keeping intensity up.

      i dont see a problem with it but i dont see it being much of a workout if you have to lift in work clothes etc.. just take the day off and skip the cluster fuck. :D
