    14:53 two miles this am!!! If I can shave another 20 seconds or so off that, thats about where I was when I retired out of the Army !!!:thumup:

    just remember your goals to gain some mass also bro. running like that all the time is a muscle eater.

    not saying what you are doing is a bad thing, just pointing out that if are are getting skinnier then you would like it may be all the running eating away at the muscle.

      Roger that, but I have dropped cardio from 5 days to only 2 days a week now.:thumup:
