yeh I know all that ^ but don't you ever wonder if there are better ways of training? Everyone has been doing the same thing for years. It might work but that doesn't mean there aren't better ways out there. These full day routines have me curious. I doubt anyone has ever tried anything like that on a regular basis.

FUll day muscle training routines sounds like the hype muscletech use to use aaron madron and matt duval to work arms multiple times/day. No bb that I know of actually does that.
Giant sets, FST-7's, Crazy 8's, 21's, supersets all have a place. I wouldn't go much beyond that.
Also, be careful of the source. While bb.com is pretty good, many of the authors of articles are not necessarily credible sources.
But...it seems like you're hell bent on training your arms multiple times/day so do it and lets find out if you got the 1" muscletech and articles like this claim. If it does work I'm jerking off my cock 10x/day for a monster dong.
