I don't buy that intense bicep workout stuff before back workout. But I read in a mag a few years ago guy was doing intense bicep workouts before training back so that when he did his back exercise's the bicep did not come into play as much thus putting more focus on pulling with your back not your arms. Good form is always great but sometimes you just cant help but use other muscles in an exercise. Like bench my shoulders come into play more than they should so for pecs I have to do more db flies or cables after bench.
