      Why does everyone thinks you have to do heavy deads to get any kind of results?

      Put 135lbs on the bar and do a combination of a bent over row and dead lift combo for 20 reps for four sets and see how you feel.

      Here is how it goes you alternate between DL and bent over rows so in reality your single rep is a double rep but you have to count that as only one. So you just did 40 reps of combination of DL and row for four sets total of 160 reps.

      Call me after you are done with that and let me know what kind of pump you got.
