Do flyes have any mass building value?

      Yeah, I'm liking this split because it also lines up well with what time I have during the day. Thursdays, I have meetings from 9-noon and 1-5. The 1 hour between noon and 1 is enough to fit a shoulder workout in. Unless you are Bouncer, you've got to work with what you have.. ;)

        YES,,,I think if you do them right they can add some size to your chest.
