  • Shocked by lack of stamina today

    Trained legs and went for high rep hacks, same weight;

    first set 20 reps
    Second 15
    Third 12
    Fourth 10

    I'm pissed off, that ain't happening again!

    Why? Did you do something to cause the lack of stamina, like exerting yourself on the weekend? That happens to me after donating blood. I have to go up 6 flights of stairs at work and normally I run up Nd down them all day nut after giving blood, I am struggling for a few days lol....

        Hey guys I'm curious what pros like yourselves consider to be respectable for the incline leg press and calf raises, I'm a bit of a leg freak and would like to know where I stand. I start out with 4 plates on each side and ad a plate to each side with each rep of ten up to my max of 880 so far and then take a plate of each side going all the way back down to 4 plates and then go till I cannot go any further. My calf raises I do at the end of my workout and do 355 at sets of ten for 30 min. Thanks

          Haha... I weigh 150lbs, bro. Not setting any weight records here, although I do pretty decently in bodyweight-normalized benchmarks. I'll set Mr. I or Rado answer this one... :)

                I was going to say maybe low carbs? But if you don't usually do high reps, then the answer is obvious.

                Muscleonmetal, make a new topic bro :)

                      Agreed... You're crazy strong. I have a table somewhere that describes bench, squat, DL, etc for different bodyweights and what constitutes good vs elite. I'll try to find out and post it. You're probably off the charts lol....
