I am takin it easy and just doing a bit of training every week to maintain as much as possible. . .after xmas I am going full steam ahead and trying to pack on some serious size before I start dieting. . .I should hit 265 lb (that will be an alltime high) if everything goes as planned. . .winter is definitely the time to grow and put on a bit of fat. . .baggy clothes and lots of food!
I guess thats where I differ from everyone else.. I can go on the most extreme bulking diet, and gain just as much muscle as with a lean diet... but put on a lil fat too.. as least with the lean bulk i dont have to worry about losing the fat
