I'm a textbook hardgainer/ectomorph unfortunately. I got to 160 natural, at 172 now so gained 12 lbs so far on this first cycle, 4 weeks left on it. I've been taking in around 4000 calories a day with 250-300g of protein. That said, I need to get more serious about my diet for sure. I get plenty of cals/protein, but they're not spaced out properly. I'll have over 1000 cals of shakes made with whole milk(150g protein) throughout the day and the rest from two big ass meals-lots of chicken, beef, potatoes, beans, pasta...I always have a 500cal/50g shake for breakfast but not an actual breakfast cause I've never been a breakfast kinda guy. I'm sure that's a big problem. About to start forcing oats and brown rice down in the morning starting tomorrow...
Oh - didn't know you started at 160. Already up 12 that's great. You will hit your goals - and doing it right - you are fucking shredded. If I drank milk in my shakes I'd be a fat mess :) You ecto's font realize how good you have it, man.

Best of luck to you in 2014!

Thanks bro, i wouldnt say i have it good as an ecto tho.lol condition comes easy but the downside is size comes extremely hard. You wish u could eat like me, but i wish i didnt have to eat like me. Id rather have size then work on condition, but hey we both just gotta do what we can with what we were born with ya kno? Good luck on ur next cycle man, im already anticipating my second one, dont want this first one to end!

That's like those pick your adventure books from when you were a kid. Go to page 253, turn the book upside down, and read the fourth line of the third paragraph.

Tell me how to post a URL link from my phone. I don't spend a lot of time in front of my laptop when I'm not working. Is there a better way for me to refer him to a thread he posted to regarding my pics from a few months ago?

Choose Your Own Adventure they were called :)
