    Cool. I'll be on the treadmill lifting my shirt every 5 min to pretend to wipe the sweat off my face but really I'm just showing everyone what a world class midsection looks like.

    Prob throw in a few quick curls and presses for the pump. I'm sure the total amount of weight I lift for the entire workout will come out to 50 or 75lbs..

          Yeah but it takes attention from....the belly button...anyway tha waist is a problem area for you, just look weak, no obliques, skinny and weak not tight and powerful

              Post a vid of you lifting weights bro, lets be positive, show us how you get those contours and good shape. I promis I won't trawl to find a bad still showing a nose hair or something lol

              Goals bro...Goals. Its good to have them and good to focus, trying to do everything at once; leaner, bigger, stronget for an experienced lifter like me would be like trying to herd cats.

              The way to success is to focus on one goal at a time and interms of bbing a phased method works best. Thats exactly what I'm doing. I don't care if im a lil fat if im trying to smash a pb on an excercise I never really did much.

              Likewise when I switch to sculpting I couldn't care less what weight im using.

              I dontu buy inyo the preserve and maintain logic of staying lean all year round either as not only is this boring for me but its negates stimulus snd brings diminishing returns.

                          Been having problems with my left palm recently. When doing DL/BENCH or something heavy with dumbbells.What is exact cause of it and how to avoid it?... should i stop and see a doctor?
