Cool. I'll be on the treadmill lifting my shirt every 5 min to pretend to wipe the sweat off my face but really I'm just showing everyone what a world class midsection looks like.
Prob throw in a few quick curls and presses for the pump. I'm sure the total amount of weight I lift for the entire workout will come out to 50 or 75lbs..
