        Super strong, thick as fuck.

        BUT. Truth is revealed at the end when you walk towards the cam. Huge waist. No v taper at all. Very powerful physique but not very pretty.

        All your doing is risking injury and building an even thicker core but hey... At least the guys in the gym look up to you! :-*

              Lol takes me about 4 weeks to chizzel back down to greek god.

              Exactly as I'd said in my "goals for 14" I wanted to hit a couple goals then tune the physique. The first part is nearly done. So yes BLM I'm happy.

              As for bouncer trawling the footage to find a still that makes me look bad, lol at the fact you took the time. Your a real full fledged hater now x

                Dead lifting after proper warm up, every other week only, for sets of 6-8 from deadstop each rep, has healed my lower back issues in fact.

                              It was a 600lb plus pull with reasonable form.

                              Tommorrow I will be inclining about 400lb
