Definitely getting into the arm now, the bruising. Got blood work done today and will post tomorrow or Wednesday and I did tear the pec muscle :( severely from what I was told. I've been going to the gym and have been working out other parts of my body and yesterday I decided to do flat bench just the bar I couldn't even do that. Ugh
Not looking forward to not being able to work on my chest, this totally sucks.
And feeling like ass today...dragging all day.
