    I really struggled with lunges !

    My balance is terrible and onky managed 135 for three sets of 8

    But I enjoyed it and figure it's something to work on

    Ya but watch in 1 month time you'll double that weight and you'll love it

      I'm shooting for 315 X 8 reps per leg by end of summer
      I love doing more weight on 1 leg than most do on two
      One thing I noticed my kicks are not as strong as they used to be lol

        Honestly feel like it's something I need the be doing at my age too.

        Opens my hips up, demands balance power stability from knee and ankle
