So it's been almost a year since starting xfit and have to tell you, best shape I've ever been in my life. From being lean, being able to pace a 730mn mile for 4 miles or more, flexibility, etc...definitely very happy guy right here.
Now I've been able to master the muscle ups pretty good, I've got pistol squats down on each leg, fuckers are hard!!!!!
The new routine I've literally can't get enough of are the dragon flags, man I love those:thumb:I've got myself doing them in many variations.
So I'm slowly starting to do more and more body weight excises. The ones I'm trying to master is the flag pole. Anyone ever try these types of routines? I've definitely have grown away from the "bodybuilder" mentality or the "power lifter" routine. Funny thing is that I still can lift heavy, weird.
I lol now when I see the douche bag in the gym with fucking headphones bigger than their heads, a gallon of water, big as gym bag, etc....gtfo:rofl::rofl: no offense if this is you:D
These days people are starting to have the nice "fit/athletic/model" look. I remember when bouncer would post about it, certainly truth to it. I by no means am far from small, actually get quite a bit more attention now than before.
I might post some videos of this stuff, pretty neat. So has anyone ever tried this or by any chance incorporate them into your routine? Probably not but wanted to ask.
