315 on flat bench for 8 reps feet up , no spotter...I can post video to prove, I've done it before. I use to do 10 until I ripped my pec last year, it was disgusting.
Deads I don't ever go over(anymore) 405 and we just rep that for 6/7 reps....to be honest, id rather rep 315 of 3 sets at 10 reps. i like having a thin core. All of that powerlifting bs has made my core thicker, well not anymore.
Squats? Lol....that's my favorite. Again, nothing more than 405 but rep the shit oout of 315 all the time at the gym. Xfit doesn't really encourage heavy lifting like that. It's more about reps with lower weight. Yes 315lbs for deads is considered ok weight for an advanced person.
