For someone who likes to act so knowledgeable, you sure do act like an idiot sometimes. Nobody dictates anything I do and I've done a damn good job of fulfilling my goals TYVM.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostFb get over the shy thing. Your 40 years old for fuck sake. Rado's version of the flagpoleOriginally posted by rado View Post
So I'm slowly starting to do more and more body weight excises. The ones I'm trying to master is the flag pole. Anyone ever try these types of routines? I've definitely have grown away from the "bodybuilder" mentality or the "power lifter" routine. Funny thing is that I still can lift heavy, weird.

Absolutely it takes a great amount of strength. But it all comes from the core. You can have average strength but if your core is godlike, you'll be a beast.
Those guys train their cores like bbrs train for an Olympia. I'm just happy I can do some of those, but nothing like that. I've got planks, dragons, m-ups, and some other ones that are easier, down packed. But it's taken ALOT of patience and leaving the ego at home, fuck it's hard.
But gotta tell you man, if you've never truly done plyo or bw training, get on it. I'm sad I didn't start this at a younger age.
