  • Forearm iproblems

Ok I’ve posted this question on many other boards and I’m still looking for a good answer.

A few years back I had a major wrist injury after three surgeries I know have 3 pins in my wrist that keeps my wrist almost completely immobile.
Since I can no longer do wrist curls what would be the best way to build my forearms?

I would use one of those Squeeze things. When I played Highschool ball My coach told me to take a raquet or tennis ball and sqeeze it in my spare time to build forearms for ball control. It worked. Reverse curls help the fore arm too.

reverse arm curl, hammer curls and static dumbell squeezes.( hold dumbels to your side....lets the dymbell roll slowly to the tips of your fingers...then close the hand....rinse and repeat.)
