  • Dorian was NOT the hardest training pro ever.

Enough said. Dorian never took it to this level.

Another surgery? Jeez. His training to him to great levels but it broke him for sure.

Do you think he thinks it was all worth it?

This is totally my ex-husband. He's on his 3rd or 4th neck or back surgery now, and he's only in his 40's. All for what - so he could say he squatted 800 pounds? No thanks.

Unfortunately yes. He was interviewed recently by Marc Lobliner and he said the only thing he regrets was not training even harder. He was upset because he thinks he could have squatted 800 for 3 reps and he wanted to be undeniably the longest running, best Mr O ever.

I think he has to make it worth it in his head. Otherwise it would be too much to deal with. Mr.I is currently struggling with this as well. Doesn't even lift any longer and tries to convince everyone that he is on his way back! Shame.

Yeah, I think that is true. I realize he SAYS it was all worth it, and his only regret is not lifting harder, but....really? I mean at least he got some money out of it, but he still has had (and still has) many years of suffering the consequences.

Because Dorian wasn't an idiot. Look at him now, looks great for his age and abuse of his body. But like FB said, why the fuck do that?!

Didn't realize how bad off he is. Watch him walk at the 2:20 mark in the video. Holy shit. First ever pro to literally train himself crippled.
