Yup exactly. I'm talking about hundreds of reps per body part. :)

Try enjoying going to the gym again. I'm bored with the routines and goals. Time to shake everything up and have a good year.

Jack are you natural or on AAS? Maybe switch compounds or change doses so that you see different changes?
Or change diet to bulk or cut depending on what you've been doing.

I know I get bored when everything is staying the same.

That's a hell of a goal... good luck and start a log in the training section.

I get decent results with just low dose test. In a couple months I may look to add another compound and increase calories. I haven't "bulked" in a long time. Anxious to see what weight I can hit without getting too sloppy. Heading back to Florida again this summer for vacation so I'll be cutting with the goal of reaching single digits for my bf.

I'm wanting to swim at least 3x a week and do yoga at lest 2x a week. I am cutting down lifting to 3x a week.

Not forever but for a little while. I decided I want to loose mass, both bodyfat and a bit of muscle. I have been thinking that all my hobbies are easier for lighter individuals, hiking, kayaking, skiing, basketball and mountain biking. Plus I have been thinking about getting back into long distance running and I can't do that at my current weight.

But I'm pretty spastic so I might change my mind in a couple months
