Not sure that's a good idea. I would stick to a goal for at least 6 months. Whether it is cardio/fitness or lifting, I think it takes that long to achieve some semblance of an improved baseline.

I try but I read an article that interests me and then I do more research on the topic and become fixated on trying whatever I have become fixated on, lol. With that being said I'm probably going to be concentrating on articles that deal with yoga and cardio for a while so chances are good I'll keep on track.

Why not keep the muscle but diet down? If I remember right you still had a pretty good amount of bf still to lose. Drop 25lbs and keep the muscle. Best of both worlds.

Part of me feels like your giving up to be honest. You can do all those things you wanna do by dropping 25lbs of fat and water.

I'm thinking of it as redirecting my focus. I don't have enough time to lift as hard as I have with trying to increase my cardio.

Or change diet to bulk or cut depending on what you've been doing.

I know I get bored when everything is staying the same.
I just started back up again after 2-3yrs off. started running mast and test. incredible how well it worked for cutting with a clean diet

Humm..missed this one...I'm gonna keep working light weights high reps and try to maintain a healthy fit look for my age. Im not worrying about trying to get size,( at this point in life I would need gear) just stay healthy and maintain. Gym 5 days a week for lunch, lift 3 days and 2 days of track/ cardio/ core work. I started just all over body work 3 times a week at beginning of year, verses certain body parts..just to change up and see how it goes..

I have been fighting a nerve injury or something in my right Arm for about 6 months. It feels like its always asleep..tingling and sometimes depending on body position very painful. I have been to VA and DR they have been running tests ..but no findings yet. I gotta do what it takes to keep fit and maintain my outdoor pursuits as I love the hell out of it! Too many of my buddies have turned into fat pieces of shit..do nothing but have excuses and sit on their ass and watch TV..Im not going out like that.

I have been working on improving my power cleans, deadlifts, and squats. Power cleans are a new exercise for me. I started them late last year when I joined a CF gym. Hoping to get stronger on PC. Eventually want to get good at the snatch, but I would like an experienced person watching my form.

I've gotten stronger and my cardio has improved since mixing in metabolic conditioning with traditional weightlifting.

Some specific 2016 goals include getting consistent double unders with a jump rope and conquering the bar and ring muscle up.
