Just had mine, fuck!
Couldn't finish my 4 mile run, I was hurting. Couldn't even do our routine, or more so never finished it.
Got up at 6am
..went to train and did half ass everything. Then I was like, well I'll just run and push my last mile to sub 7mn pace....yep, not having it.
Need to take a few days off. I've been training ED for the past 2 weeks straight, no days off. Even when I don't lift, we still run 4 to 5 miles.
My entire body is sore and just finally felt it this morning.
Being lean is addictive, no lie. It just sucks you in.
Well at least I have hiking to look forward to today.
