  • Reverse hyper extension

If you have any back issues I would suggest this as part of your go to rehab.

Takes some getting used to but I'm currently using it to help rebuild strength and integrity while moving the vertebrea a little.

My gym doesn't have a machine like that. Wish they did, I'd like to try it.

If you get a plate's ball and lean your waist on it on top of a be charged and grip the bench with hands. You can also possibly hold a dumbell between your feet.

Mr I, you feel they are better than hyperextensions?

Definitely and for my purposes specifically. I would refer you to loui symonds of West side barbell who invented the machine for a proper explanation but it is much more rehab and back health oriented than a traditional hyper.

You see part of its function is to very safely extend the lumber region thus pump the discs and open up the vertebrea
This means that more nutrients and blood get in and sound the area.
