No I don't use any of that shit aside from coffee in morning. I like to be lean but holding water. Gives that full yet cut up look that Bodybuilders have a few weeks out when we all think they look best. Then they pull all the water out and look like they lose 20 lbs of muscle due to depletion.
There is definitely some connection between low body fat and cramping with me. I just wish I understood it better.
