Day 1 Squat ; high volume + Goodmornings medium volume
Day 2 Bench ; high volume + barbell Rows high volume
Day 3 Squat + Bench ; medium or low volume
Day 4 Deadlift + stiff legged DL ; medium volume
I do assistance excercises too. Like pulldowns, legcurls, core work, curls, tricep pushdowns, facepulls
