Is it possible to be really fit and really well built with good size at the same time? Now I know that seems like a stupid question looking at football and rugby players but how the hell do they do it? THe moment I increase my cardio and heart rate to a point where I'm working on fitness I can see I lose size within days. I want to keep my size and continue bulking AND I want to be as fit as a race horse.
