  • remain fit and in shape???

    Is it possible to be really fit and really well built with good size at the same time? Now I know that seems like a stupid question looking at football and rugby players but how the hell do they do it? THe moment I increase my cardio and heart rate to a point where I'm working on fitness I can see I lose size within days. I want to keep my size and continue bulking AND I want to be as fit as a race horse.
    Thoughts guys?

    yes. one thing at a time. lean down and instead of eating like a pig to "gain back size" like most people do because they feel skinny you slowly add back in more clean calories. you don't stop doing cardio or any of the things you did to get lean, you do everything the same and slowly increase cals.

      What r ur stats? Yes It is possable 2 b really fit and carry size. Stats and goal?

        Eat more food. If you are in a caloric deficit, you'll lose weight.
