    A friend of mine is doing this split. I was wondering if anyone has heard of it? I was thinking about starting it. What do you guys think?

        maybe for cutting up; i personally can't see any value in training your chest and legs right after one another if your goal is mass.

          I agree with geartipper it would be a good style of training if you are going to cut but for overall quality mass I would do something like max ot or hst.

          By the way that transformation was the most impressive one I have ever seen.

                Does everyone believe that he did that with just that routine in 1 week? Diet? Supplements?
